What you are asking for

The preview, in plain terms.

What happens: Rob builds the first Campaign with your team, using a response you have already run so you can compare it against what actually happened. You run the software on your own infrastructure.
What it costs: Nothing during the preview. After that a flat annual fee for the software, never per seat and never per Item, and preview participants keep their first-year price for three years.
Why the places are limited: Because Rob does the first Campaign himself, and there are only so many of those in a month. It's a calendar, not a countdown.

Useful context

The response type: Advisory, exposure, supplier incident, investigation, or another case with a changing item list.
What becomes hard: For example: grouped updates, changing fields, shift handoff, current status, or reconstructing why a decision changed.
The systems around it: A general description of the scanner, inventory, chat, ticketing, and evidence systems is enough.
