What this covers

This notice applies to the public KnownScope website at knownscope.com. It does not describe how the KnownScope product processes customer data; product data handling is discussed directly with private-preview participants and will be documented separately before general availability.

Information this website collects

This is a static website. It does not run analytics, set advertising cookies, or ask you to create an account. We do not collect personal information through forms on this site.

• Hosting logs. The site is served by our static host, which may record standard request information such as IP address and user-agent for security and reliability. We do not control the host’s infrastructure logging beyond its documented behavior.
• No analytics by default. No third-party analytics or tracking scripts are included. If that ever changes, this notice will be updated first and a privacy-respecting, opt-in approach will be used.
• Fonts and assets. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so viewing a page does not send your data to a third-party font or asset provider.

When you contact us

If you email us (for example, to request the private preview), we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and what you tell us about your team. We use it only to respond and to evaluate preview fit. We do not sell it.

Your choices

Because this site does not create accounts or profiles, there is little for you to manage here. If you have emailed us and would like us to delete your message and details, ask and we will.

Changes

We will update this notice as the product and company mature, including before any change to data practices takes effect. The “last updated” date below reflects the current version.
